My account & registration
About “ register “You can easily create a free account. All you need is a valid email address and a postal address in Switzerland. You will then receive an email with the access data.
PLEASE NOTE: After the registration, an internal approval takes place, which we carry out as soon as possible and activate your account. You can then log in with the access data.
If you want to delete your account and your data, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
First you have to to register . Our team will check the login information and activate your account as soon as possible.
You can then shop with us at business customer prices. You can either use the navigation above or directly in ours Shop enter.
After you have added the goods to the shopping cart and adjusted the quantities, you can order in the last step for a fee.
You have to pay for your first order in advance.
From the second order you can purchase on account.
After receipt of money for the first order and confirmation of purchase from the second order, we will prepare your goods for further dispatch as soon as possible. This takes up to max. 2 workdays.
Then we will send your order by courier service (Swiss Post, DPD, DHL Express) or with the forwarding agent. We’ll keep you up to date.
We offer you to return goods in compliance with the following steps:
- Send us the return information to email@example.com. These should include the order number, the goods concerned and the reason for the return.
- We will get back to you as soon as possible and give you the return address.
- As soon as we receive the goods, you will receive your money back by bank transfer.
You bear the shipping costs for the return.
